Remote Printers

IP Address  Attached to network with IP address (for VPN Router users)
Dot Matrix  Dot Matrix printers not supported
Drivers  HP Universal or Xerox global print drivers
Note  Customer must complete Printer SetupAdobe PDF form

Remote Internet Connection

Internet  Fast Internet Connection
VPN - two options available A VPN connection established by a Cisco router is highly recommended for
all Activity Hosting customer connections; however, the router is mandatory only for
locations (connection sites) with more than one concurrent user.
Option 1 Cisco 881 Router (see VPN Router Connection)
Option 2 Downloadable VPN Client (see VPN Client Connection)

Customer's Internal IP Structure

Note  Customer must complete Router SetupAdobe PDF form
Connectivity Please check to make sure there is an available port on your internal
network as well as the Internet connection.
nQativ  Will configure router to proper specifications
Customer  Will physically install pre-configured router into network
