Software Developer for design and coding of business application software using exciting new technologies. Must be an intelligent self-starter able to function in a high-quality, high-performance team atmosphere. Experience in Delphi, SQL, C++, and Crystal Reports a plus.

Software Implementation Consultant

Lubbock, TX

Software Implementation Consultant to assist with implementation and training of accounting software. Candidate will implement software onsite and provide hands on training for customers. Candidate must be knowledgeable in all aspects of finance and accounting. Experience with accounting and/or payroll software packages is strongly desired. Exceptional presentation, communication and training skills required. This is a customer facing role that entails managing multiple accounts and projects and involves extensive travel. Current CPA is a plus. Requirements include: Experience with accounting and/or payroll software packages, financial background, analytical and problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, exceptional customer service, and extensive travel (75%). Experience with SQL databases, VBA macros, and Crystal Reports a plus.
